No-Bake Nutella Coookies

If you could eat Nutella by the spoonful, then you’ve gotta make these no-bake Nutella cookies – they’re even better than Nutella alone!

These no-bake Nutella cookies are rich, chocolatey, and so easy to make. Perfect for those days when you need a quick treat without turning on the oven. Made with cocoa, oats, and Nutella for the ultimate chewy cookie.

If the sound of hazelnuts and chocolate sends your mind buzzing, then these are the perfect cookies to make. There are only six simple ingredients. And, unlike other types of no-bake cookies, no peanut butter!

These cookies are the perfect summer cookie because you don’t have to bake them (which, honestly, makes the house feel way too hot). The hardest part is waiting for them to set. It only takes about an hour, but that can feel like the longest hour!

I absolutely adore Nutella! If you do then, then make sure you follow me on Instagram or subscribe to my emails, becuase I’ll have a lot more Nutella recipes coming your way. There’s just something divine about that rich chocolate flavor and slight nuttiness from the hazelnuts.

These cookies taste like traditional no-bake cookies. Just like with peanut butter, they have a smooth chocolate taste and salty notes to round it all out. But since Nutella has cocoa in it, and you’re adding more cocoa to the cookies, these have a double-chocolate flavor that tramples the classic cookies!

Don’t Forget These No-Bake Cookie Tips

As I made these cookies, I discovered a few little tricks that will help you get perfect cookies every single time.

First, remember to line your baking sheet. You can use either wax paper, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat. Non-stick baking spray won’t work. If you rely on the spray alone, the cookies will stick to the baking tray.

Next, use a cookie scoop or a small ice cream scoop to add the cookies to the baking tray. All of the cookies must be the same size. If they aren’t, then some will be ready while others aren’t.

Finally, remember to flatten the cookies! There’s nothing wrong with leaving them like round balls on the baking sheet. But flattenign them will make them set faster, which means you can eat them sooner!

What Ingredients Do I Need To Make No-Bake Nutella Cookies?

All six of the following ingredients are pantry staples. You might have everything you need already!

Easy No-Bake Cookies

Can kids make no-bake cookies by themselves? That depends on how mature they are around a hot stove. There’s one step that might require adult supervision. They’ll need to gently boil the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder for about a minute.

But even young toddlers can help with the mixing and scooping part. In fact, the cookie scoop can help them with grip strength!

How Long Will No-Bake Cookies Last?

In order to prevent them from melting, store the Nutella no-bake cookies in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator. For the best results, eat them within a week.

You can freeze the cookies, too. They will stay fresh in the freezer for about six months.
