These easy S'mores Cookies are soft, chewy, and topped with gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and Teddy Grahams. Everything you love about a classic s'more in cookie form.

Who’s ready for a new cookie?! If you’re new here, I’m Lisa Silvestre, founder of The Secret Crunch and a self-proclaimed Butter Mom who absolutely loves baking a batch of cookies.

There’s something about s’mores that instantly brings back childhood memories. Whether it’s summer camp, evenings around a fire pit, or trying to perfectly toast a marshmallow without setting it on fire, s’mores have a way of making people feel nostalgic.

I know tons of food creators have already dove into making S’mores Cookies and I mean, can you blame us? S’mores as a flavor is just captured so well in tons of desserts… and especially cookies.

I wanted to make mine a little different by using a Teddy Graham as the graham cracker component because a) it offers a subtle crunch b) Teddy Grahams are totally my thing (I mean, have you seen my Teddy Graham muffins and cookies?!)

If you’re looking for an easy summer dessert or a fun cookie recipe to bake with your family, these S’mores Cookies are guaranteed to be a hit (and I’m sure your kids will get a kick out of the Teddy Graham topping!).

What Ingredients Do I Need to Make These Teddy Graham S’Mores Cookies?

Be sure to gather the following ingredients before baking-up these wonderful cookies (psst: I have the full ingredient measurements in the recipe card below)

  • Butter
  • Granulated sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Eggs
  • All-purpose flour
  • Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Chocolate chips
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Teddy Grahams
  • Chocolate bar

How to Make S’mores Cookies

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the butter and set it aside to cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and mix until a creamy mixture forms.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a smooth cookie dough forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Using a standard cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart. You should get approximately 12 cookies.

Top each cookie with 2 to 3 miniature marshmallows.

Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the centers still appear slightly soft.

Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately top each cookie with 2 pieces of milk chocolate, and one Teddy Graham.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve and enjoy.

Tips for Perfect S’mores Cookies

For the softest cookies, avoid overbaking. The centers should still look slightly underdone when you remove them from the oven. You also know your oven best! I recommend baking for 9 to 11 minutes: for cookie baking, I always go for the lowest suggested baking time, but my oven is always quite strong!

Also, be sure to add the marshmallows, chocolate, and Teddy Grahams while the cookies are still warm so they stick properly.

Can I make S’mores Cookies ahead of time?

Yes! The cookie dough can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake.

Do I need a campfire to make these?

Not at all! These cookies deliver all the classic s’mores flavors without needing a fire pit.
