Ingredients

  • 2 cups a/p flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Teddy graham cookies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a standard muffin pan with paper liners, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In another large bowl, mix together wet ingredients: eggs, Greek yogurt, vegetable oil and milk.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Scoop the muffin batter into the lined muffin tin (you’ll have to do two batches since most standard muffin pans have 12 sections). You’ll want to fill ¾ of each section about with muffin batter.
  • Top off each muffin with 3-4 Teddy graham cookies.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
