- 2 cups a/p flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- Teddy graham cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a standard muffin pan with paper liners, and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift together all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In another large bowl, mix together wet ingredients: eggs, Greek yogurt, vegetable oil and milk.
Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix until a thick batter forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop the muffin batter into the lined muffin tin (you’ll have to do two batches since most standard muffin pans have 12 sections). You’ll want to fill ¾ of each section about with muffin batter.
Top off each muffin with 3-4 Teddy graham cookies.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
