One-Pot Beef Stroganoff
This one-pot beef stroganoff is made straight in a Dutch oven, meaning minimal mess andmore time for the important stuff in life!

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ cups mushrooms thickly sliced
- ½ medium yellow onion diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 4 cups beef stock
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 ½ cups egg noodles
- ½ cup sour cream
- Dried parsley flakes optional
Set a large pot or a Dutch oven on your stove and add butter and olive oil. Set heat to medium and let it heat up.
Once heated, add mushrooms and onion. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until onions sweat.
Add ground beef and cook through. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Add beef stock and incorporate Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
Slowly mix in all-purpose flour.
Add egg noodles, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 9-10 minutes, constantly checking to make sure that noodles are not drying out. Feel free to adjust and add more stock if necessary.
Remove from heat and fold in sour cream. Serve and sprinkle with dried parsley.
