Preheat oven in a 300 degree oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
In a large bowl, sift together flour and cinnamon.
Slowly add water.
Mix until a dough starts to form. If necessary, knead with your hands
Flour a clean, flat surface and add a bit more to a rolling pin
Roll out the dough until it’s about ¼ of an inch thick
Use a cookie cutter to cut out your preferred shapes
Be sure to use a straw or the tip of Wilton icing tip #12 to cut out a hold near the top of your ornaments so that you can add a string to each one
Place each shape on your lined baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes
Allow to cool, add string and decorate your tree!
