Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 6 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup sprinkles divided
  • 10 Oreo cookies

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together melted butter and both sugars. Add egg and combine.
  • Next, sift flour, baking soda and salt and add to your wet ingredients. Mix until a cookie dough forms.
  • Add white chocolate chips and ½ cup of sprinkles and fold into the cookie dough.
  • Chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  • Once chilled, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out cookie dough balls that are about 3 to 3 ½ inches in diameter. Place gently on the lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each one.
  • Press an Oreo cookie into the center of each dough ball.
  • Roll the edges of the cookie onto a plate with your remaining sprinkles.
  • Bake for 9 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and as the cookies cool down, press down on the Oreo to ensure it’s embedded into the cookie.
  • Allow to cool then serve!
