Chocolate Teddy Cookies
These fun little teddy chocolate cookies are like a reversed chocolate chip cookie. They're perfect for chocolate cravings!

- ¼ cup butter melted
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp brown sugar packed
- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 48 Teddy Graham cookies
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and both sugars.
Next, mix in the egg.
Add in your dry ingredients: a/p flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until a cookie dough forms.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Wrap in plastic, and chill for about 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Roll the cookies into 2 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press 4 Teddy Graham cookies onto each cookie.
Bake for about 9-10 minutes. Once baked, allow to set for about 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely on a cookie rack.
