Chocolate Teddy Cookies

These fun little teddy chocolate cookies are like a reversed chocolate chip cookie. They're perfect for chocolate cravings!

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 48 Teddy Graham cookies

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and both sugars.
  • Next, mix in the egg.
  • Add in your dry ingredients: a/p flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until a cookie dough forms.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Wrap in plastic, and chill for about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Roll the cookies into 2 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Press 4 Teddy Graham cookies onto each cookie.
  • Bake for about 9-10 minutes. Once baked, allow to set for about 5 minutes, then allow to cool completely on a cookie rack.
