Birthday Cake Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg room temperature
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 6 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together melted butter and both sugars.
  • Once the sugars and butter are mixed, add egg and mix.
  • In the same bowl, add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until a cookie dough forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  • Using a standard sized cookie scoop, scoop mounds of cookie dough onto lined baking sheet (about 1.5 tablespoons).
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
